How to withdraw from Razed: verification, routes and statuses
Withdrawing is where the quality of an operator shows. A deposit is designed to be frictionless; a payout goes through review, verification and a transfer back to you. This guide explains the steps, why the route is often not the one you deposited with, what the statuses mean and why the operator's German licence decides where you can turn if a payout is refused. We quote no payout times or limits — they depend on the account and are shown in the cashier and the payout terms. All methods are on the payments overview.
Go to RazedWithdrawal steps
- Complete verification: identity with a Personalausweis or Reisepass, and proof of the payout account if requested.
- Check that no active bonus is blocking the balance — wagering conditions in the operator's bonus terms can hold winnings.
- Open the cashier, choose "withdraw" and the payout route offered for your account.
- Enter the amount and confirm; note the request ID.
- Follow the status until the money arrives in your bank account or wallet.
| Deposited with | Typical payout route | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer / Trustly | Back to your IBAN | Bank transfer · Trustly |
| Visa / Mastercard | Card if the issuer accepts it, otherwise bank account | Visa · Mastercard |
| Skrill | Usually back to the wallet | Skrill |
| Paysafecard | Another route in your name | Paysafecard |
| Bitcoin / crypto | Your own wallet address | Bitcoin · Crypto |
Payout speed
The time until money arrives has two parts: the operator's review and the provider's transfer. The review depends on verification status and the operator's internal checks; the transfer depends on the method, weekends and bank holidays. That is why we do not print hours or days. A verified account without open bonus conditions is the fastest case you can influence.
Verification & same-method rule
Operators confirm identity before the first payout — in Germany with a Personalausweis or Reisepass — and may ask for proof that the payout account belongs to you. Many also apply a same-method rule: money goes back the way it came, as far as that route can receive money. Vouchers and many cards cannot, so the bank account in your name takes over.
Withdrawal limits and frequency
Limits per request, per day or per month are set by the operator and differ by account and method. Some operators charge for very frequent small payouts. The cashier shows the minimum withdrawal, the maximum and any fee before you confirm.
What the statuses mean
"Pending" means the request waits for review; while it is pending, some cashiers let you cancel it — resist doing that to keep playing. "Approved" or "processing" means it has been passed to the provider. "Rejected" should always come with a reason, often missing documents or an open bonus condition.
If a payout is refused: the licence decides where you can go
With an operator on the GGL whitelist, you deal with a company supervised by the GGL in Halle (Saale), bound by German rules on deposit limits and OASIS. With an operator that has no German licence, there is no German authority behind the operator, and the rules of the operator's own licence — if it has one — apply. Check the whitelist at gluecksspiel-behoerde.de before the first deposit, not after the first refused payout. We make no claim about the listing of Razed's operator.
Withdrawal methods mostly mirror the ones you deposited with, and every cashout request goes through the same cashier. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per method and are displayed before you confirm.
