Bitcoin at Razed: deposits, payouts and the risks nobody reverses
Bitcoin removes the bank from the payment, and with it every safety step a bank adds. There is no 3-D Secure, no chargeback and no one to call when a transfer went to the wrong address. For readers in Germany there is a second point: before any crypto deposit, check whether the operator is on the GGL whitelist. We do not claim that Razed's operator is or is not listed; the whitelist at gluecksspiel-behoerde.de is the only source for that. Everything below assumes you have done that check.

How to deposit with Bitcoin
In the cashier, select Bitcoin. You receive a deposit address, often also as a QR code. Send BTC from your own wallet to exactly that address, on the Bitcoin network. The deposit is credited once the network has confirmed the transaction; how many confirmations the operator waits for is set by the operator. Many cashiers convert the incoming BTC into the account currency at the moment of crediting — whether your balance is kept in euro or in crypto is shown in the cashier. Minimums and limits depend on the account.
Check the first and last characters of the pasted address against the cashier. Clipboard-hijacking malware replaces copied addresses, and a transfer to a wrong address is gone.
Bitcoin withdrawals
For a payout you enter your own wallet address. As with every other method, the account must be verified first — identity with a Personalausweis or Reisepass — and the operator reviews the request before sending. If the balance was converted to euro, it is converted back to BTC at the payout rate, so the amount of bitcoin you receive can differ from what you deposited.
What is on your side
The wallet, the address and the network fee are yours to manage. The operator only sees what arrives on its address.
If a payment gets stuck
A transaction with a very low network fee can wait unconfirmed for a long time. Look it up in a block explorer with the transaction ID; that ID is also what support needs.
Why players pick Bitcoin
No card data, no bank statement entry at a gambling merchant, and the same method for deposit and payout. Those are real advantages, but they also remove the brakes a bank would apply.
Why a payment gets declined
Wrong network, an amount below the operator's minimum, or a deposit from an address the operator cannot attribute to you. The cashier's terms for crypto describe what is accepted.
Fees: who charges what
You pay the network fee on deposit; on payout, the operator's terms say whether a fee is deducted. The exchange rate spread is a cost too, even when nothing is labelled as a fee.
Volatility and the deposit limit
A price swing between deposit and payout can move your result more than the game itself. Operators licensed in Germany must implement deposit limits and connect to OASIS. An operator outside the whitelist is not bound by the German limit rules, and a crypto wallet has no spending cap of its own — which is exactly why crypto payments deserve the licence check more than any other method.
