Razed support: channels, preparation and limits

This page explains how to get help from the operator behind Razed and how to make that contact efficient. One point first: razedcasino.biz is an independent information portal. We cannot see, change or unlock any account, and we have no direct line to the operator's staff. Everything concerning your account — deposits, withdrawals, verification, bonuses — is handled by the operator's own customer support.

Hours

as stated there

Operators typically offer live chat on the website, a contact form or email address, and a help center with standard answers. Which channels Razed offers, in which languages and at what times, is shown on the operator's own site; we do not list hours or response times because we cannot confirm them and they change. The Impressum also names the company responsible — useful when you need a formal address.

Before you contact support

Live chat suits quick questions. Anything that could become a dispute — a withdrawal that stays pending, a cancelled bonus, a closed account — should also exist in writing, by email or ticket, so there is a dated record.

Problems support can usually solve

Deposit not showing

Check first whether the payment actually left your bank or wallet, then send support the transaction reference. Processing times depend on the method and account — check the cashier.

Withdrawal pending

Often linked to identity verification still being open. Ask which documents are missing, submit them completely, and ask for the expected processing step in writing.

Bonus questions

Wagering, excluded games and maximum stakes are set in the current bonus terms. Ask support to name the clause they are applying.

Login problems

Use the password reset first; if the account is locked, support must unlock it after verifying that you are the owner.

Limits and breaks through support

Support can also help set deposit limits, pauses or account closures if you cannot find them in the settings. For operators with German permission, deposit limits are mandatory and connection to the nationwide OASIS blocking system is required. Whether that applies to the operator behind Razed depends on whether it is on the whitelist of the Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL) — check the list at gluecksspiel-behoerde.de and compare the company name with the Impressum. Our self-exclusion guide explains the difference between an account-level break and OASIS.

When support is not enough

If a written complaint gets no satisfactory answer, the next step depends on the operator's supervision. For operators on the GGL whitelist, the GGL is the German supervisor. For operators without German permission there is no German gambling authority overseeing them, which makes escalation considerably harder. The details, including what evidence to collect, are on our complaints page.

Customer support: choosing the right channel

A good rule of thumb: live chat for speed, email for evidence, help center for standard questions such as how to change a password or where to find the transaction history. If an operator advertises 24/7 support, test it before you need it — a short question at an unusual hour tells you more than any banner. And if a chat agent gives you an important commitment ("your payout will be processed today"), ask for it to be confirmed by email.

Questions about this site itself — errors in a guide, broken links, data protection requests — reach our editorial team through the contact route on this page. Please do not send us account details or documents; we cannot act on them and do not want to store them.

If playing has stopped being fun

Support can close an account, but it is not a counselling service. The BZgA counselling line on gambling addiction, 0800 1 37 27 00, is free and anonymous; current contact details and self-tests are available on check-dein-spiel.de.
