Paysafecard at Razed: prepaid vouchers explained
Paysafecard is the method people choose when they do not want to share bank or card details: you buy a voucher with a 16-digit PIN at a kiosk, a petrol station or online, and pay with the PIN. The amount is fixed in advance, which makes it a natural budget tool. The flip side is that a voucher cannot receive money. This page covers both directions and the check that belongs before the purchase — whether the operator is on the GGL whitelist.

Depositing with Paysafecard
Select Paysafecard in the cashier, enter the amount and then the PIN. If one voucher does not cover the amount, several PINs can usually be combined. The balance appears after the PIN is accepted. Whether Paysafecard is available on your account and which limits apply is shown in the cashier; we do not quote amounts because they differ between accounts. A my paysafecard account can replace the paper PIN, but that account has its own terms and verification.
Treat a PIN like cash. Nobody legitimate — not an operator's support, not a "bonus agent" — ever needs the PIN outside the cashier form.
Withdrawals when you deposited with Paysafecard
A voucher is one-way. Winnings go out through another method, normally a bank transfer to an account in your name, sometimes an e-wallet. That means you need a verified account before cashing out: an identity check with a Personalausweis or Reisepass and, for the payout route, proof that the bank account or wallet belongs to you. Players who deposit by voucher are often surprised by this step, so do it before the first payout request, not during it.
Budget control: voucher versus mandatory limit
A voucher limits one deposit; it does not limit the next one. The German framework goes further: operators licensed under the GlüStV 2021 must implement deposit limits and check players against the OASIS blocking system. At an operator that is not on the GGL whitelist, a fresh voucher is simply another deposit, with no binding ceiling behind it. If you use Paysafecard precisely because you want to keep spending under control, the operator's licence matters more to you, not less.
Fees and expiry
Paysafecard can charge fees on unused balances after a period of inactivity, according to its own terms. Operator-side fees, if any, appear in the cashier before confirmation. Buy vouchers only in the amount you actually intend to use.
Where to buy and what to avoid
Buy PINs at official sales points or from the issuer's own channels. Offers of discounted PINs through messengers or social media are a common scam: the PIN is either used already or never existed.
