Trustly at Razed: bank payments without a card
Trustly connects the cashier directly to your online banking. You log in to your own bank through Trustly's window, approve the payment, and the money moves from your account without a card or a wallet in between. For readers in Germany this feels like the Sofort-style payments they already know. Before using it, check the operator against the GGL whitelist — a smooth bank login says nothing about whether the operator is licensed in Germany.

How to deposit with Trustly
Choose Trustly in the cashier, enter the amount, select your bank and log in with your normal online-banking credentials inside the Trustly window. Confirm the payment with your bank's TAN method. The balance is credited once Trustly reports the payment. Some operators use Trustly also to identify the account holder, which can shorten registration — whether that applies here, the operator's registration flow will show. Limits depend on the account; read them in the cashier.
Enter banking credentials only in the Trustly window opened from the cashier, never in a form sent by chat or email.
Withdrawals with Trustly
Payouts through Trustly go to the bank account that was used for the deposit, which must be in your name. The operator reviews the request first; identity verification with a Personalausweis or Reisepass is required before the first payout. How long the whole process takes depends on the review and the bank, so we do not give a time.
Why direct bank payments suit a limit-based approach
Because the money comes straight from your current account, Trustly makes every deposit visible on the statement where your rent and groceries are. That helps with self-control, but it is not a limit. Operators licensed in Germany must implement a deposit limit and check players against OASIS. At an operator outside the whitelist, Trustly would let you pay as long as your account has funds — the binding cap simply is not there.
Fees and data
Trustly payments are normally free for the payer; the operator's cashier shows any fee before you confirm. Trustly receives access to account information during the payment according to its privacy terms — read them if data minimisation matters to you.
If the bank login fails
Not every bank or account type is supported in every configuration. If yours does not appear, use a SEPA bank transfer instead; the reference number then links the payment to your player account.
