How to deposit at Razed: the steps and the checks between them

A deposit takes a minute in the cashier. The steps before it take a little longer and matter more. This guide goes through a first deposit in the order that protects you: who the operator is, which limit you set, which method you choose, and what to do if the balance does not appear. Figures such as minimums or fees are not given here — the method mix and the limits depend on the account and are shown in the cashier. All methods are listed on the payments overview.

Deposit steps

  1. Check the operator. Find the company name in the Impressum and search it on the GGL whitelist at gluecksspiel-behoerde.de. We make no claim about whether Razed's operator is listed.
  2. Register with real data. Name, date of birth and address must match your Personalausweis or Reisepass, or the first payout will stall.
  3. Set a deposit limit. Operators licensed in Germany must implement deposit limits; set yours before the first payment, at a level that fits your monthly budget.
  4. Open the cashier and pick a method. Read the minimum, maximum and any fee shown next to it.
  5. Enter the amount in euro and confirm with your bank, wallet or card app.
  6. Keep the reference. Transaction ID, payment reference or screenshot — you need it if anything goes wrong.

Minimum deposit

There is always a minimum, and it may differ between methods. We deliberately do not print it: operators change minimums and set them per account. The cashier shows it next to each method before you confirm. Choose the amount from your budget, not from the minimum.

Credit speed

Card, Trustly, wallet and voucher payments are usually credited as soon as the provider confirms them. A standard SEPA transfer takes as long as the bank transfer itself. Crypto is credited after the network confirmations the operator requires. If a method shows no balance after the usual time for that method, see the section below.

The deposit limit: a German rule, not a setting to skip

Under the GlüStV 2021, operators licensed in Germany must implement deposit limits and must be connected to OASIS, the nationwide blocking system. In practice you set a limit before playing, and raising it is not instant. At an operator that is not on the GGL whitelist, none of this is binding: a limit, if offered at all, is a voluntary feature the operator can design as it likes. If you notice that a site lets you deposit without asking for a limit, treat that as information about the operator.

Good to know

After depositing: play and withdraw

Once the balance appears, finish the account verification if you have not yet done so. That way the first withdrawal is not held up by missing documents. Keep an eye on the limit you set; it is there for the evening when the plan changes.

If a deposit hasn't shown up

First check the provider side: banking app, wallet history or block explorer. If the money has left, contact the operator's support with the reference and a screenshot. For SEPA transfers the usual cause is a missing or mistyped payment reference; for crypto, the wrong network. A card reservation that never turns into balance normally drops out after a few days.

Deposit methods, deposit minimums and instant-deposit availability all live in one cashier. How to fund your account is the same every time: method, amount, confirmation — and a limit that was set before the first of those three steps.
